All spa packages require credit card or gift certificate number to be scheduled. We request the courtesy of a 24 hour cancellation notice to avoid a 25% charge on services booked.  Arrive 10-20 minutes before services to fill out forms, robe and steam before treatments.  Late arrivals will not receive extensions and will be responsible for full service fees.
